Aloha: Just as the single woman having a baby can be said to be laboring under a misconception, one of my readers is also laboring under a misconception. The work that was done, was done on the road and not on a lot. It sounded like there was clearing going on on the lot next door, but no work was found. I am sorry I did not make that clear.
Weather today is wet and dark. The volcano report is SOS. The tickle monster is going to Hilo tomorrow to attack a special 3-year old.

Sorry, I thought that you said that you hoped they werent going to build on the lot next door. Thats the reason I looked for permits, to see if someone was intending to build on that lot.
